No person shall possess or set off any fireworks within the City limits except “consumer fireworks” as that term is defined in Section 320.106, RSMo., and no person may use or set off any consumer fireworks except during the time specified by this Section. Consumer fireworks may be used and set off within the City limits only on the dates of July first (1st) to July sixth (6th), inclusive, and only between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M.; except that on July fourth (4th) consumer fireworks may be used and set off between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and Midnight. Anyone who uses or sets off fireworks at any time shall be responsible for cleaning up and disposing of any debris which results from the use, setting off or explosion thereof. Fireworks in the Park 2019

Our 14th annual “Fireworks in the Park” will be held on Thursday, July 4th, from about 3:00 p.m. until the fireworks are completed, that will be about 9:30 to 10:00 p.m. The afternoon will be full of many funactivities including: A variety of FOOD VENDORS will be available around the walking trail from approximately 2:00 to 9:30 p.m.

FREE INFLATIBLES for kids of all ages will be available from approximately 3:30 to 8:00 p.m. om the south and east end of the park.

FREE FACE PAINTING & BALLOON TWISTERS will be available in the Community Room from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.PLEASE NOTE: The Community Room doors will be CLOSED at 8:00 p.m. with no further entries, so you are highly encouraged to get in line early.
