Personal property and real estate tax bills are due by Dec. 31, which falls on a Sunday this year. Here are a few things to know.

Can’t find your bill? You can now print it from our website,
Make sure your payment is postmarked by the U.S. Postal Service on or before Dec. 31. To expedite your payment, pay online on or before Dec. 31.
Remember, the deadline falls on a Sunday this year, which means County offices are closed the day of and day before deadline. Don’t wait until it’s too late!
Don’t forget, we are here to make the process as easy as we can! You can help by reviewing your bill carefully. If there are errors to your information or property descriptions,
contact the Assessor’s Office immediately to correct any mistakes before you pay.

What’s new? Taxpayers can pay with credit and debit cards now over the counter and online (not over the phone). Bank fees apply for credit and debit card payments and are required
by law, we can’t absorb the fees like retail establishments do. (1.15% for debit cards and 2.15% for credit cards).
