Should you want to rent the City's Community Room at City Hall or the Pavilion/Gazebo in the Cherokee Trail of Tears Park, you will need to fill out one of the rental agreement forms located on the Community Room & Pavilion page and contact City Hall at (417) 883-5840 to confirm your reservation.

Should you be a vendor who wishes to bring your business to a City Event (to provide entertainment or goods/services) you will need to fill out the Vendor Form below and contact City Hall at (417)883-5840.
