Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Battlefield, at 6:30 p.m. on 1st day of April, 2025 at City Hall in Battlefield, Missouri concerning the matter of the proposed annexation by property owned by Dan Johnson and Associates, LLC, located at S. Lewis Street, Battlefield, MO 65619, of undeveloped land approximately 9 acres, into the City of Battlefield of the following described real estate in Greene County, Missouri, to-wit:

This land is connected to 5505 S. Lewis Road, also owned by Dan Johnson and Associates, LLC, further described as:

A TRACT OF LAND BEING ALL OF THE SOUTH 300 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 28 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, IN GREENE COUNTY, MISSOURI, EXCEPT ANY PART DEEDED, TAKEN OR USED FOR ROAD OR HIGHWAY PURPOSES.

At this Public Hearing any interested person, corporation or political subdivision may present evidence regarding the proposed annexation. Furthermore, any objections to the proposed annexation should be filed, in writing, with the Board of Aldermen of the City of Battlefield no later than 14 days after the date of the said Public Hearing.
