The City of Battlefield is excited to be the host site for this year's Team ANA 417's 5K and Silent Auction Event on Saturday, May 18th @ 9:00 a.m. Early Bird: Now-April 20, 2024: $40 per entry **Family of 4 or more $35** Regular Registration Fee: April 21-May 18, 2024: $50 per entry *Must be registered by April 20, 2024 to be guaranteed a shirt and one in your size. Race day registration and packet pickup will be from 8AM to 8:45AM at Wire Road Brewery. Team ANA 417 is a local non-profit focused on helping those who have been diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma as well as other benign brain tumors. While most benign brain tumors aren't considered life threatening, it does not mean they aren't life changing. Brain tumors can have lasting and life-altering physical, cognitive and psychological impacts on a patient’s life. Here at Team A.N.A. 417 we help patients and their families by providing financial assistance, support groups and specialized programs to help with recovery and life coping skills post surgery and/or radiation. Currently, 85% of our profits raised go towards Team A.N.A. 417 helping benign brain tumor patients and their families with detection options as well as the unexpected expenses pre/post treatment and 10% of yearly profits raised goes towards furthering research efforts. https://www.teamana417.org/joggin-for-noggins-5k-fun-run-walk-

The Advisory Park Board Meeting has been rescheduled to tomorrow night (3/21/24) at 6:30 p.m. in City Hall. The public is welcome to attend.

There will be an Economic Development Commission meeting on Thursday, March 21st at 8:30 a.m. in City Hall. The public is welcome to attend.

There will be Municipal Court on Tuesday, March 19th at 2:00 p.m. in the courtroom at City Hall.

There is an opening on the Battlefield Mo Parks Advisory Board. If you think you could make a difference for our community, go to www.battlefieldmo.gov and find the Volunteer link under the Community tab. Print and fill out the Application for Board Member Service. Drop it off at City Hall, Attention: Beth Anne West.

This year's City-wide Garage Sale in Battlefield, MO will be Friday, May 31 and Saturday, June 1. Drop by City Hall to sign up. Pay $5 to be placed on a map that will be handed out at City Hall the week of the event. The Republic Services' Spring Clean Up dates have not been scheduled yet. Stay tuned for those dates to be announced in the next week or so.

The Planning & Zoning Meeting that was scheduled on Monday, March 11th has been moved to Monday, April 8th at 6:00 p.m. due to a scheduling conflict. The meeting will be in City Hall. The public is welcome to attend.

ATTENTION: There will be road construction occurring today (March 6, 2024) on the north end of Lewis Street in Battlefield near the new subdivision. Please plan an alternate route should you be in the vicinity.

ATTENTION: If you're in the area of FF and Third St today (Thursday 2/22), at the time of this posting (4:36 p.m.), we've been made aware that the stop sign has been knocked down near Godfather's Pizza. Be careful driving near that intersection. Battlefield Police and MoDot have both been informed.

There will be Municipal Court on Tuesday, February 20th at 2:00 p.m. in the courtroom at City Hall.
